- Each seminar will take place online over zoom so that wherever you are in the world you can take part
- Each seminar lasts about half a day (3-4 hours) with plenty of rest breaks
- Each seminar is filled with knowledge, demonstrations, exercises and ongoing practice designed to get the best out of you
