Why these areas?
My courses build up into a complete and comprehensive personal development course aimed at developing the full range of your cognitive and intellectual abilities and significantly raising your levels of mental performance. Since there is no area of human activity that doesn't make use of the brain, what you will learn in our courses is applicable in any situation you might care to think of.
I will also help you to ensure you have an optimally functioning and healthy brain. The good news is that since the brain is an integral part of the body's biochemical system, any changes that are good for your brain are also good for your health and fitness as a whole.
Furthermore, there is a huge degree of overlap and feedback between the different areas that I cover, so the more you understand and improve in one area, the greater your learning and understanding will be in the other areas as well, creating a virtuous circle of ever-improving performance.
